SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS. We do not charge for handling. You pay only the actual shipping charges, which are automatically calculated when you place your order. * Most orders received by 3pm EDT will ship out in one to three business days if the items are in stock. Orders placed after 3pm EDT Friday or weekends will be received on Monday and will be shipped out in one to three business days if the items are in stock. We have next day service from most suppliers, so out of stock items will be quickly replenished and shipped. International orders will be shipped via USPS(post office)Global Express Mail Service. We use the Express Mail because it is faster and comes with insurance and tracking. After insurance and return receipt are added to the Parcel Post rate, it is nearly as expensive as Express Mail. Duties, custom fees, taxes and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. It is strongly suggested that you check with customs to assure the items are permissible, as we have limited access to that information. If customs doesn't allow the items a credit will be issued only if the unopened items are returned minus any shipping charges.
*PLEASE NOTE: Although most orders are shipped in one to three days there are certain circumstances wherein the total delivery time may vary.

Domestic orders only: You have the option of choosing a shipping method when ordering. If you do not specify a method we will ship and bill the order as UPS Ground.

International Orders only: If you try to choose a shipping method other than US Post Office, we will correct and ship with USPS Global Express.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back (except shipping charges). Simply return any reasonably unused portion with a brief note to our address and your credit card will be immediately credited. If you prefer an exchange please include a brief note detailing what you would like to do.

Photos of individual items are for illustration purposes only. Manufacturers often change or update labels. While the label of the product you receive might not match the site photo, the content of the item will be the same. Also the quantity on the bottle/box in the photo might not match the quantity of the item being offered. Always judge by the published quantity usually seen just above the price.

SUBSTITUTIONS

We feature top quality products from 21st Century, Mason Natural, Windmill, Boiron, and Nature's Bounty. If an item you order is unavailable from that supplier, we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent item of equal or greater value from the other supplier or another top quality brand.
